As we all know, acquiring a foreign
language is a process, in which in this case 3rd Form students are engaged. We
have already finished Unit 1 of the book BIG English 2, whose main topic was
“ACTIONS”. With actions we refer to the activities that are happening “now”, or
at the moment of speaking. We have introduced them through the resources of
flashcards, pictures, posters and mimes performed by the teacher and students.
Following this issue the children have done different tasks, such as speaking
about them in role plays, doing written work, and playing games and
competitions. Moreover, they have worked on art projects as we can see on the
photos, describing “Performing Actions”. This application gives them the
opportunity to design their own work and enjoy learning English!!!
